WWII British Ubique Royal Artillery Bullion Collar Insignia, Theater Made?

Description

Nice matched pair of British Artillery insignia done in bullion.  There is overall wear to the set but they present well. The blue silk backing behind the Ubique is worn through in spots, showing a green felt padding beneath.  There is edge wear overall making me think uniform removed, and some wear to the bullion as seen.  I am assuming these are theater made pieces as the bullion work looks coiled like Japanese work.  Also possible they were made in Italy.
