A pictorial history in living color of Disney's first 10 years. Contents include Mainstreet, Miracle of the Hub, Cinderella Castle, Adventureland, Tomorrowland, Resort areas, Epcot Center and much more. This is a Disney produced book on the building of the Magic Kingdon and its first decade. Very interesting to see pictures as attractions are being developed and after they opened. It also profiles some of the early Disney resorts and the properties of Disney World. At the end, there's a 2 page preview of the upcoming Epcot Center which would open in 1982. There's some fondly remembered portatits of now closed attractions such as 20,000 Leauges Under the Sea, River Country Water Park, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, etc and there's also portarits of attarctions that are still there in much the same format as they were back then. I first went to Disney World in 1985 so this is somehwat nostalgia and also something to compare with the current Disney World. This is how it started.
