Vintage Pin Cushion Half Doll with Millinery and Lace Dress

Description

This is a vintage 6" pin cushion doll. Her dress is satin and lace with millinery flowers going around it. There are some tears in the lace, but she is in good condition. There are some glass pins in her that are included, as well. She does have a slight smoke to her.
