    This is an original  USN USMC NAA T-28 Trojan Trainer Type Pilot's Lighted G Meter Gauge Instrument.  It is 2 1/4  x 2 1/4 x 4 1/2 inches.  This type of accelerometer was used in many aircraft like the B-52 and others.
