Issued by the Authority of The General from the International Headquarters of Queen Victoria Street, London, England. Cover is red in color and slightly worn with age. Very last page has a slight pinkish stain on it. Otherwise the book is in excellent condition. As a bonus, it has two pristine tickets (that were found inside the book) from the 50th Anniversary Salvation Army Mass Meeting on Sunday May 21, 1939 at the Berwick High School Auditorium.
