Condition: January (front page) has some edge chipping, a piece missing along edge of 18 and 25. Diamond area with gas station name (area is a cutout showing the last page) has tears inside but name of station is still legible. 2nd page has a stain in lower right corner. Pages 4-7 have a fold/crease along bottom. Last page (not a calendar page) has a piece missing along ridge edge, some chipping along edges; blank back of page is tanned from age and has a stain. All other pages are ok. Front and back pages are worn but otherwise complete, and pictures are nice.
