    Sioux Beaded and Hide Male Doll c.1890-1900. 16 1/2" in height, 4" at shoulder width. A doll of exceptional size, with horse hair coiffure, beaded hair ties with hide ties at the end of the long braids. With a warrior shirt, commercial leather belt with suspended pipe bag, blue trade cloth breech clout with a white salvage edge. Beaded hide leggings and moccasins, beaded hide face, cotton muslin body.
