Reproductions reenacting ancient to nearly modern era water bag.  Vegetable tanned leather, brass neck, wooden stopper attached via leather with adjustable strap!  Solid rivets and brasswork.  Interior has modern plastic liner instead of sheepskin stomach (seemed like a good upgrade).  Hold about 1 quart of your favorite liquid.   Stitched edge.  Will accept dye.
