Description
This is aVery Rare Original WWII era Wing Gun & Camera Control Selector Valve Assembly
. I assume it was made for a
North American Aviation
built WWII era aircraft as it
has the original “NAA” Symbol
on the face placard. The part numbers on the front of the bracket assembly are: 66-61089, 49-61087 and 66-61067 on the back, and 49-61070 on the valve body. 66- and 49- prefix series part numbers are usually
Canadian Car & Foundry Harvard Aircraft
part numbers. I looked thru all of my Harvard II and IV parts manuals and I could not find the part number referenced in any of those manuals. In as much as it has the
“NAA” Logo
on it, I don’t believe it be a
Canadian Car & Foundry
Harvard item. The selector dial turns freely. It is used and the wires were cut at the junction box. This is a rare and unique WWII era collectible piece of aviation history.
