Description:
Presented for your consideration is this rare antique lamp shade. The shade is a Akron Diamond Cremex shade and is made of custard glass. Around the bottom edge of the shade is a raised diamond pattern with a raised rib around the top of the shade. Each side of the shade has a painted peacock design. The design shows a peacock sitting on a branch of a tree with white flowers and fruit around it. Nice, intricate detailing and vibrant coloration is throughout the pattern. The shade is a 10" fitter shade and is solid with no chips or cracks.  This hard to find shade would make a great addition to any lamp part collection!
Very light wear around the edges. Overall in VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Measures 10" in diameter and 6 5/8" tall.
