DSR-1K6. A Japanese high-chromium stainless steel. It provides great wear, toughness and corrosion resistance. It has the ability to take a razor-sharp edge. Kai's heat treatment brings out the best qualities in this steel. 1K6 is found in the Wasabi-Sushi knife series.
