    The green one is a vintage uniform fabric
    The white one is on linen, signed by Artist and Girl Scout Carolyn Wise Troop 127
    ( I am not positive but the troop number is from Garrett Indiana)
    The Wise family name is common on the Eastern Shore of Maryland as well
    Both are in very good condition, under glass and framed in the original setting
