Native American Beadwork - Buckskin Beaded Pouch

Description

This antique native american buckskin pouch  is part of a small collection of American Indian beadwork items acquired by a person living in the Northeastern USA in the late 1800s.
It was given to a Swedish relative in the early 1900’s, 20’s – 30’s and has now been returned to the USA.  No other details of its history survive in the family records and no authoritative appraisal has been conducted.
It is approximately 6 inches wide x 13 inches long and is beaded in both front and back.
This pouch is in excellent condition.
