An impressive antique enamel and 15 carat yellow gold 'Royal Navy Reserve' regimental brooch; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections
This fine and impressive Royal Naval Reserve brooch has been crafted in 15 ct yellow gold.
The brooch has been modelled in the form of the Royal Navy Reserve cap badge.
This impressive military sweetheart brooch has a central black enamel panel ornamented with an applied 15 ct white gold anchor and the initials 'RNR'.
The enamel panel is surmounted by a padded kings crown, embellished with red enamel decoration.
The central arrangement is surrounded by laurel leaved, accented with an impressive, sharp chased decoration.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp, with a ring loop to the lower border allowing for a safety chain to be attached.
The brooch is hallmarked to the reverse with the mark for 15 ct gold (15CT).
Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
Condition
This antique 1930's regimental brooch is fine quality with impressive, sharp chased decoration and enamel decoration.
The brooch is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with a clear hallmark to the reverse of the setting.
Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of military related jewellery/estate jewelry.
