    Vintage Francie Polka Dots 'N Raindrops Coat #1255.
    Coat is in good vintage played with condition.  It's pliable, not stiff.  There are tiny pin hole in the arms and chest (I assume this is from being sewn on the card)
    Scarf has a knot where it ties.  Comes with hanger (a bit marred)
